I need to add a spider phone into a conference room. Does anyone know of a good solution for this? I'm leaning toward getting an analog extension card but would like to cut costs if possible.

SPIDER phone, what the heck is that? You talking about a polycom, that's the only phone that looks somewhat to a spider? If so yeah you need an analog card.

Depending on your volume of faxes and how often you will use the polycom you can piggyback onto the Fax line, OR credit card line or postage meter line and plug it in when you use it.
