Greetings all
I have just been assigned the task of phone administrator for my company knowing that i have NO experience with this equipment:-).
Does anyone have cheatsheets/tips/manuals they can email me that will help me wade through this new endeavor?
We have an elite 192 and NEC dtu-8d-2 phones.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I CAN SEND YOU USER GUIDES AND ADMIN. I DON'T GIVE OUT THE PROG. MANUAL. I COULD GET IN TROUBLE FOR THAT. THEY ARE ON THE WAY.
