We need to know what kind of phone system / voicemail you have.

What we did when our 4 port voicemail hard drive failed was we went out to ebay and found a suitable replacement drive with the same size, form factor, and power requirements as the original drive that had failed. If you can't find the same size, you may have to go with a larger drive.

We then restored to the new disk with a disk image we took of the voicemail drive prior to failure. Of course, that assumes that you have a utility that will allow you to image the drive properly and that you used it to get a backup before the drive failed. Nobody at your dealership would tell you to do that because they get to make a whopping profit when they sell you an entire new (refurbished) voicemail card and take your old card and return it for refurbishing. At any rate, enough sour grapes.

The final hurdle you'll have is getting an activation code for your restored voicemail drive image. Because the hardware has changed, your old voicemail activation code is invalid. I'm still trying to get someone at NEC to communicate with me on the matter. So far, they have been completely unresponsive.

I don't know if any of that will help you, but there it is for what it's worth.

Andrew
