I have an IPK connected to an Elite 192 via Point to Point T1 and am getting echoing on the outside lines. The CO lines are being pulled from the other location. Verizon checked the T1 and says it is with the equipment. Any suggestions as to what it may be would be a great help. Thanks.

Sounds like your pad levels are too high. Try lowering the receiving pad volume dB numbers slightly in the IPK. I'm not sire which ones you need to play with but the pad settings are LK3-20 to LK3-32.
