I am having problems with phones not being handsfree even though they have mics in them. I have pushed feature 1 to turn on the mic and the light is red but if i try to dial out on speaker phone the mic does not work. This is on all phones. I`m thinking this is a program problem but not sure.

depends on the system
program 4-29 on the elite series turns on handsfree. you'll still need your mic on (via the feature 1) too
