Successfully changed the day and night greeting . .However, still need to change the greetings associated with the message prompts.
Attendant user guide refers to the VRS Access Codes that need to be entered to access the greetings .???
Is there a default or can they be retrieved from a programming block (looked through the programming manual and could not determine which block/table they are in . .
Customer did lost notes and did not retain doucmentation after a recent move.

Now need to determine the VRS Access codes to be able to change the messages associated with prompts referenced in original greeting.
Can they be obtained from a programming block/table . .if so which one . (have programming manual now) . .
or is there some default access codes for the prompt messages. . ??

you'll have to look for it.
look in:
1-1-46 (1 digit access codes) 1-1-47 (2 digit access codes) 1-1-48 (3 digit access codes)
you're looking for something like:
46:1dg (0)=501
the 46 could be 46/47/48 for the digit length. and the 1dg will change to 2 or 3 depending on what program you're in.
the number in () is the access code you're needing. the 501 is the code for vrs changes.
i'd guess that it's probably not in 1-1-46 (1 digit codes). it will more likely be in 1-1-47. try the 60's to see if it's there.
