Hi all, I am hoping someone can help. I have an NEC IPK connecting to another IPK via a point to point T1 with centralized VM. The remote site is not getting the MWI all the time. It works when we test but as soon as I leave it happens again. It seems also that the company distribution mailbox won't light the lights at the remote at all. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

i had a site like that and per nec i was to default both sides at the same time then just program what i needed to do to make centralized vm work.

needless to say i never did it. they just learned to live with it. i would check that the mw codes are the same for both sides.

and if they have a free analog port i'd set it as a vm port and try turning off/on the lights manually with it.
