Is there any way to disable the on-hold alert for the Dterm80's? This is an extremely annoying feature that I and my co-workers can live without. If you cannot disable it, is there a way to modify?

are you talking about the hold recall timer. if so you can go to memory block 1-1-03 and turn off the line key that is lit up and turn on lk8
