Hi, I'm having major problems getting Auto Attendant working w/ CallXpress 5.33 voicemail system (4-port, Dialogic cards, tied into EE192 thru analog) w/ the phone system. Can anyone offer some generic tips, or perhaps contact me directly with a quote for what you'd charge for 30 minutes of on-target phone help to guide me through setting this up?
Thanks.

To be more specific (now I'm on-site) -- Auto Attendant (Call XPress VM system) answers, and will successfully attempt a transfer to a station on the NEC system. If the station is busy / in use, CallXPress successfully interprets that and dumps the call to that station's voicemail box.
BUT, what I can't get to work is if the station is not in use (i.e. it just rings, no answer), CallXPress doesn't recognize that, it just rings forever, until approximately a 2 minute timeout passes, and then the caller is dumped back to the main greeting.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Ok, Sorry to be talking to myself here.
I figured out that the transfer ringback tone was wrong, and set a standard tone in the Electra Elite 192. Now the VM system recognizes ring/no answer, but now it only allows 2 rings before sending the call to the station's voice mail box. How do I make it wait 4 or 5 rings?
Thanks.
