I have a 24 port system. One of the extensions (113) will not go to it's voice mailbox, either from host terminal or at the station. When you try to enter the extention number, I get a "I am sorry, I did not hear your selection" message and then it kicks it back to the main greeting.
Please, O wise ones, System Mode, Submode and Data No. would be greatly appreciated.

you may need to forward the phone to the vm. go to that phone. press speaker 43 (you'll hear boop boop boop), type in the pilot number to the vm, hit speaker
it also sounds like there isn't a vm box for it as well. you'll need a vm logon that has system manager status to add the mailbox.
