the button has to be set as a feature access button in program 4-12 on that port.
then go to that phone
press
feature
redial
press button to program
#80
answer
feature
feature
if it worked. press once to turn on. led will light letting you know that it's on. press again to turn off.
if it doesn't work check 4-12 and make sure it says fa?? for that button. that phone must also have attendant class of service (4-17). default is 15. needs to be 00.
