Anyone available to give phone support? Pay per hour.

I inherited a customer with an Elite48 with an FMS-4. I'm ok with the Elite programming, but am not familiar with the voicemail.

I need help with changing the auto attendant greetinga and options. I have CoSessions 7, but really and not familiar with it at all.

Again, I'd be willing to pay for the assistance. Thanks.

Programming the FMS is really not that hard at all. If you do a search on this topic on here, you would have ample examples of how to achieve your result.

However, if you still want someone to walk you through the process, perhaps you should consider updating your profile to include your contact info so that any interested party can get in touch with you.

Good luck.

usually anyone with manager status in the vm can change it thru the prompts on the vm WITHOUT using cosessions.

I don't have the Voicemail Sys Admin password and I wanted to reset it using cosessions. Can someone tell me what the default password is?

Also, to enter the Voicemail Sys Admin do you dial the voicemail extension then enter the sys admin mailbox, then the password? The System Manager Guide is not clear on this and I am probably not doing it right. It also does not show the password.

I was going to email you but your profile is not complete. Send me an email with a contact number and I will try to help you over the phone (no-charge)

yes you would dial the pilot number to the vm.

when it answers, dial the default managers id (if it is still there)

OR

dial a user id (usually 9+ext) that has manager status on it (you will have to know the password associated with that mailbox)
