Is there a way to globally program system buttons for all phones at once?

I'd like to setup BLF Intercom buttons (not transfer) consistently throughout all of the phones (they are ETW-16DC phones).

Thanks in advance

you didn't say what kind of system you have.

but if i were to guess i'd say a level 1 or level 2 because of the phone type.

on a level 1 you are out of luck. no set copy function.

on a level 2 (or elite series) you would program 1 phones buttons like you would like it (in program 4-12), then go to program 6-4 to copy from 1 to the others.

couple of items that may or may not be an issue to you:
a>set copy will also copy class of service as well. every other phone will have the same abilities as the source phone.
b>it will copy the buttons BUT it will not copy the stuff programmed onto the buttons (ie if the button is set for voicemail. in reality the button is set to be a feature access button which is programmed basically as a dss button to the voicemail pilot). so if the buttons are all feature access buttons the others will also be feature access buttons but you would have to go around to each phone to program what they are really supposed to be.
c>if you have cap keys (ie phones do not have direct line appearance) this will copy the cap key numbers (program 4-12) and cap block (program 4-43). this just really won't work. you'd basically have to go to 4-12 & 4-43 on all the phones and re-do the stuff that pertains to cap keys.

Electra Elite 192. More specifically to the previous question.

It's not apparently clear how to setup BLF Station buttons. Meaning buttons that show the status of other extensions, and can be used to quickly intercom someone. Additionally, used with the transfer button you can transfer to an extension.

Hope this was clear.

Thanks,

no dss/blf buttons are feature access buttons. it will copy the fact that they are feature access buttons but you will still have to go around to each phone to program what is on them.

if you have a mifm card in your system AND the sat software, THEN you can copy phones with all programming intact.

to set them up:
program a button as a feature access (fa) with each 1 having a different number beside it (program 4-12)

then get out of programming

go to that phone

feature

redial

fa button to program

1

ext you want on that button

feature

that simple
