I've got an MIFM card for two reasons,

A) Caller ID memory scroll
B) Ability to program through a PC Based App (CoSessions?)

I've checked block 7-1 and it shows the MIFM card installed in Slot 2(I guess it did this automatically). I've programmed a Line Key in block 4-12.

When pressing the scroll key, It doesn't seem to do anything.

I'm going to try to restart the PBX.

Is there a kmm chip installed? You need it for cid scrolling.

Like Tom said,

1. CID scrolling requires a MIFM card, with KMM-U chip to work. If your MIFM card is older than version 5.00, you will only get 10 last numbers, while v5.00 will give you 50 per station.

2. MIFM card will allow you to program the system, using SAT software, not co-session (which is for the voice mail stuff.) IMO, it's way easier doing it with the handset, except if you are setting up a whole new system, in which case, SAT might be better.

Good luck.

There are two slots where proms can be installed on the board. They are both empty. Can anyone tell me the part number of the chip I need?
