Hi Friends, I have a few NEC IPK's out there with the cnf8 conf bridge, other than removing padding is there any other way or a device to amplify the volume?, this product just dosent seem to work very well.

Are you referring to the speech levels of the conference or speech levels of the prompts played when you access the conference card??

To my knowledge there is no way to boost any trans levels for the conference card except on ISDN lines where the trunk pads can be ajusted. Unfortunatly the Elite range of systems is showing it prentage and age when it comes to this compared to the Aspire and the like..
