I am trying to add two lines to the phone system at the church. I'm having a problem accessing Mem 4-14 or 4-15. I go off-line as instructed in the manual, press LK4+14 or 15 and I get no change or response. Is there a programming mode that I need to enter? I thought I was entering programming mode when I go off-line and press LK4+14 but apparently not. Any help as well as any suggestion to make this process as painless as possiable will be greaty appreciated.

Programming memory areas 4-14 and 4-15 have to do with intercom hunt fowarding. Are you adding telephone stations or outside lines when you say "adding two lines to the telephone system"??

I will be adding two additional outside lines in hunt and then assign them to LK 3 & 4 on all 12 handsets and then the intercom sets will be in hunt.

Thanks.

4-12 assign to buttons on phone(s)
4-01/02 day/night ringing
