I have a 2000 ivs system and i am wondering how i can "busy out" (an Avaya term)a len. Meaning to reset a len on them backplane card and not the len card.

Thanks ahead of time

You can make a station busy

You can Make a line busy

if the LEN isn't programmed to be something you can't just make it busy.

I have a len that is stuck to off-hook and i would like to try and reset it. I have replaced the len card and taken it out of the PIM but have still had no luck. My thoughts are to try and busy it out to reset it...much like you do to an ext or port on an Avaya system
