Hello All,
Here is my setup at the moment
I have a 2000 IPS PBX.
I have a GC MVP II Predictive Dialer.
Each of these systems have thier own T-1's and are connected to each other via a Virtual T-1
Agents on the Predictive Dialer can make/transfer calls to users on the PBX.
Where would I start in order to make/transfer calls to the Predictive Dialer via the Virtual T-1?
Any help would be appreciated!
