scenario:
When an incomming call rings the phone I have to press a button on the phone to answer the call.
I want to change it to where all I have to do is pick up the phone to answer an incomming call.
Including calls originating from outside or inside the building.
Does anyone know how I might go about this.
Thanks for the help in advance.

This is an installer area programming function, I would suggest you contact an NEC dealer in your area.

The phones ring fine.
The problem is I have to press a button to answer the call rather than just picking up the handset.
Anyone Help.
Thanks, Jules
