Hi, I am just getting into trying to alter the way our VMS system is set up. It looks to me that most of the features must be programed with a computer? I see where you can set up so if someone is in you voice mail they can press say 1 to get to another extention. IS there a way to have it go dial an out side line? Thanks for the help!!!

Yes it can be done. When they press '1' you will need to have 1-got to a car key (which does not need to appear on a phone) and have the car key forwarded to the o/s phone number. The cos 1-8-08 will need to allow this.
