Elite IPK 192 & Dterm 80 2 extensions - incoming external calls will go to VM if user is already on a call and doesn't answer. Incoming internal calls will not go to VM if user is already on a call and doesn't answer, it just rings and rings. I have been told this is by design. Has anyone found a way to solve this issue?
