Good Morning,

I have another problem with our Electra Elite 192.

Our system was set up in such way that when caller press key zero(#0) to reach operator/receptionist it would ring on both receptionist extensions: 100 and 101.

Any ideas?

What is the problem? It doesn't work? Or it works but you want to change it to another station?

It does not ring on both phones.

Only 100 rings at this time.

I can see line blinking on 101 but it does not ring.

when I press FETAURE and BUTTON that is blinking on 101 I get the following: DIT/ANA MODE 01

I just want both of them to ring when someone dials 0 (operator) so that either of receptionist can pick up.

I would suggest that you add a CAR key to both sets and route the dial 0 to it and both will ring..

Paul, would 4-01 and 4-02 affect that key?

#1 you are going to have to see where the dit/ana is going in program 3-42/43. dit/ana specifies only 1 destination for the trunk.

if it is ringing the vm then they press 0 to get to the operator (100 by default(or port 01))you'll have to change where 0 goes to.

you'll have to point 0 to the port of a car key you'll have to build (1-2-04), then make that car key appear & ring on those 2 phones.
