A couple of this make faxing over IP not work. If this is an older IP setup you must have VCT cards to go w/ the Pad card. If this is a newer 8IPLA Pad card some settings are needed. What is your setup? Remote Pim, DMR...?

You need to adjust the jitterbuffer settings. We had a similar problem and that fixed it. However caution is needed as if you over adjust calls start to fail after a given amount of time (in our case it was 20 mins).
