Hello there,
I have an NEAX2000ips ... one extention is being transfered straight to VM when you dial it. I have checked Call forwarding and there is no forward on that extention. The user claims that the extention worked fine wyesterday but when she came in this morning it was not allowing incomming calls, just sending them straight to VM.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this fixed?

check for DND, look through the softkeys to turn off, or try the default command speaker # 8 speaker.
You can set DND to forward to a location in programming, and that bit might be set in the switch.
