I am would like to download the SAT software. I am a certified tech (took a course about 3 years ago and have a valid user ID on the NEC website). Trouble is is that there aren't too many systems in our area and nobody really services them. I service mainly Aspire, I series, Norstar and Onyx (Tie) systems. I found a link for Electra Elite IPK but there are many versions. Is this the right software, and should I download the most recent, or does software on the KSU matter. I admit I am still a novice on this system, mainly performing some easy changes through the set. Thanks

The SAT software should talk to nearly any KSU software. I recommend thumbing through the manuals; the Elite is pretty straightforward but it does a lot of stuff, so it's easy to get confused in programming.

the NTAC website has a great self-help forum at www.neccare.com. Your username would be your tech id and your initial pw is... something very familiar to you. You can also post a tech support ticket online and get a response by phone, email, or web-posting.

disabled. you can enable it via 1-8-08 class of service options. and you'll probably have to enable trunk to trunk transfers too in order for it to work with an incoming call being transferred to a ext that is forwarded external (program 3-04. need to enable for all trunks most likely)
