I just found this site today and was wondering if someone could walk me thru some changes on our Electra Elite 48?
I know how to get into "Program Mode" and here is what I would like to do. We have two employee's who are switching offices and want to keep there current extensions when they move.
How do I make these changes so each person's extension follows them to there new office?
Please be pretty basic with your reply if you can help.

The easiest way would be to switch the cross-connects at the frame, hopefully you know what I'm talking about.

set relocation is not very friendly and would have to be set up via system programming (1-1-46/7/8 program) before it could be used.
easiest way like they said is to move the jumpers.
