The elite voicemail plays farmer-in –the-dell and my customer doesn’t like that much. Are there other music options within the system and if so how do I change that?

Also I have not found a way to delete a voicemail immediately after reviewing it. It’s like there are a lot of extra steps. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

it is not the voicemail that plays the music it is the system. only option (other than an equally aweful internal source) is to connect a cd player to your system. on the side of your system (if it is a 192) is a rca jack. music input goes there. need to change program 1-8-31 from internal to external.

Chris.

Does your cust have an old PC with a sound card?? If so load it with MP3s and a player like Musicmatch, Connect the sound card to the RCA jack on the system and set music match to endless play. We did that here in our office after our comercial CD player died several years ago. WE use our fax server as the music PC.. Off the shelf $100 CD players usually last about 12 months if your lucky for MOH..

We just bought a CD player/radio to test CDs/MOH on phone systems in our shop---It's been running for 4 months now. Time will tell. The thing cost around 20 bucks. "Mini-music-box" made by Coby. Never heard of 'em.
