I have a customer who is using a 4 port Elitemail in an Electra Elite. The problem that they are having is when the auto attendant answer and someone press "O" the call transfers to the receptionist like it should, but when the Recept pickup the telephone, first she get a confirmation tone, she'll say hello and then a busy signal. She is not able to answer calls transfered to her by the auto attend when an outside call dials "O" or her ext 100.

Also a person must give their name first before the call is transfered. How do I disable this.

You've guys helped me in the past and I was hoping you can help me with this problem.

I'm familiar with programming the system. But will I need the Cosession software to fix this problem, if so can you email me a copy. I'm a Panasonic dealer just trying to help my customer.

need to check (using cosessions) the operator box and the box for ext 100. need to know what's in there.


as for the announce it is an option. it is probably in the box for 100. just need to turn it off. it will be under transfer options.

Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can get a copy of the Cosessions software.

I'd greatly appreciate it.
