I have another issue with my NEAX2000 IPS. I have a couple of extensions in one location that I cannot forward to voice mail using call forwarding (E600,E601,E602,E603). I cannot change any of the data that exists for the extensions in question. Other extensions on the same pbx work fine, but on ext. 214, for example, I receive a data error when inputting either another phone extension to forward to or the voice mail access code 39,9 in this case.

The extension I really care about is also in a pickup group. My question is is there some feature somewhere in the system that I might not have looked at or not know about that would prevent me from forwarding this extension to voice mail or another extension?

it may be that your stations are in call back/ trunk queuing. Go to the station prime and dial call back/ trunk queuing cancel code. if your not sure look in cm200> for the access code.

Also, are you working from MATWorX, or from MOC mode, or CAT mode?

Try Moc mode. Also, if these are (perchance) IP phones, try E606.

What exactly is the data error that you get?

I'm also having the same issue. Using MOC I put in any of the E600 commands & then the station I'm changing, then the number to forward to & with every # I try it says "DATA ERROR". It should be noted that this LEN worked fine before until I deleted it & recreated it as a different #. I have pulled the card & re-seated it but still the error.

try doing a speaker #1 and a speaker #2 (default codes) from the extension in question. It will cancel callback and call waiting like loff68 said earlier. If a callback has been set for the extension, you cannot modify the call forwarding of the extension until it is canceled.
