Hi all,

We have a new Elite IPK 192 system and I'm trying to figure out how to enable missed call info. According to the documentation I should be able to use the directory button on our 8 button phones to scroll through the last 50 calls, but our buttons do nothing. We would like this to work for ext to ext calls if possible.

What's the trick?

The simplest way to do this is to have your originating caller put in a 'call back request' by pressing the # key when they call your extension and there's no answer. It will leave the calling station on your display. NO time though. YOu can return the call by pressing the # key again.

If you are talking about the scroll key to look up callerID's for people who called you, then that's a bit more involved. Try searching under this forumn for 'callerID' or 'scroll' or some other combination of these words.

Good luck.

There has to be MIF card installed in the switch with a kmm ship on it for scrolling to work in the 192.
