A quick question w. hopefully a quick answer...
NEC IPK
Our vendor is telling us that calls that time out from being on hold cannot then ring all phones. Is this true? If not, do you have the commands I can provide to him?
Thanks in Advance for the help...

SW, My experience with Elites is that hold recall only rings back to whoever placed the call on hold. I didnt check the manual and Im not up to date on the newest features but I cant remember any way to do what you want. Maybe someone else can give you more info. Good Luck!

If you are having problems with incoming calls getting lost in the system, you might need to look into an ACD or UCD setup. Your vendor can supply you with details.
