Got a B2-48 with 16-button Phones. One station is always mute when on speaker phone. MIC light is on.

Changed station with a known-good station. Same.

Swapped with known-good port. Same.

Removed / Reseated Card. Same.

Has anyone heard of this happening -- Possibly card issue? Or are there IW issues that will cause this problem?

Aside from being mute on speakerphone, the phone works perfectly.

Any ideas?

Check your HFU setting for that port. It might be off. MB(4-29) me think.
