Hello
I have an Aspire System installed with 12 Digital sets and 3 IP sets. The system has performed perfectly for several months.
The IP sets have started dropping calls. It does not matter if it is internal calls, Inbound, or Outbound calls. The calls drop right around 10 to 15 minutes.
Our vendor, who has been a great help, cannot figure this problem out. NEC has given us the latest software update (5.00) and told us to disable ICMP. This does not work.
Anyone run into this, and how did you fix it?
Thank you in advance.

I would heavilly suggest getting a packet sniffer out and check your network. I would also setup a "ping" test to the phones to see if they are losing IP connectivity. I would also question blaming the Aspire right away for the issues without first checking the network side 1st. Welcome to the world of VOIP!
