Hi, I have a CO that is set up to ring on three stations and then terminate after a 20 second delay at one station so it goes into VM. Seemed to work great when tested thean all of a sudden I hear it is going into the master VM and not into the staions. Come to find out it is happening only at night becasue ot the 20 second delay. Is there a was of either delaying the main greeting at night or putting the delay on hte CO to 0 at night. The Ssytem is an NEC Elite 192. Thanks in advance.

need to chack the dit/ana (day/night)settings for that line. check 3-42/43
i would guess that the ana is set to the vm pilot number instead of that persons ext.

Both are set to terminate to the extention after 20 seconds but the night time answer is picking up to quickly.
