I have an NEC 2000 IPS with Dterm Series i phones. One of my users swapped out her eight button phone with a 32 button phone. I need to assign her a vacant memory space. I copied my phone when I set up her extension but apparently copied the memory space by accident. She reprogramed all my speed dial buttons when she re-did hers. How do I find what space I can use in Matworx? I see where I can assign it in the Station Assignment.
Thanks
Melanie

go through command 73 and look for some open slots, or in MATWorX go to the System drop down and select "Speed Calling-Station." Then listup all the memory blocks and find some that are vacant to assign.

You can also do an Office Data Listup, then export that to a spreadsheet and sort by the mem location.

The office list up was still going after 45 minutes so I cancelled it. Is there another way?

since the listups werent working the only other way that I know is going through MOC mode and stepping through command 73 (or through command 94 if you want one touch) just start with one of your highest extensions, then step until you reach the last extension. If your memory blocks were assigned numerically, assign the next memory blocks to the extension in question, and you should be good to go. If your blocks are not assigned numerically, then you need to step through the entire command and try and find open memory slots. Your best bet for that is to go into MOC, and start with your first extension, step through all extensions, then copy and paste into excel. That way you can sort it a little easier.
