Are the DTERM sets classified as "dummy sets" when swapping (same model of course)
will feature button setup follow?

yes, the buttons stay the same if u use the same model.

the buttons will pretty much stay the same if you use 16's and 32's.. since the programmable line keys are in the same order.. programming is specific to the port.. not the phone as big c said.
