I have been unable to determine how to mute a call with the handset lifted short of putting the call on hold. Does anyone know the code for this?

Thanks.

What system? On the 2000 you should be able to assign a Mute feature key.

It is a 2000. I am not sure of the mute code number. I could not find it in the documentation.
Thanks.
