We have a nec 2000 system and when paging is done to all zones the page does come thru his extension. Thoughts?

make sure that the extension is in the first six zones of paging groups 5600-5605. These are the only groups that will get notified of an internal all zones. Limitation of the system.

Are you familiar with MATWorX (MOC Mode) or CAT Mode?
If you are; Command 5600>00-15 through 5605>00-15 will have the extensions that will get paged on an all zone page. If the extension is not in the first six zones, write the extension.
