We have a NEAX 2000 IVS telephone system.
On one extension she can not program speed dial numbers on her telephone (spare buttons).
The buttons are programmed as F1102-F1109 but she can not program them by pressing the conference button the speed dial button and dialing the number she wants to dial (internal or external numbers do not work.)
Am I missing something obvious, this works on other telephones but not hers

Memory locations need to be assigned in cm 73. If this is a 32 button phone then you need to assign memory locations different a memory location in cm 94.

telman2010-Went into cmd 73 and seems to be fine. It is a 16 button set. Will go on site and try myself.

gentle ben - Asked customer what was her procedure and she said she pressed the conference button . checked Matworx and programming seems fine for buttons. Will go on site and try in the am.

Thanks for all the feed back.

Compare 94 to 73, as Telman suggested. Also, you may want to check class-of-service and per-phone programming. Compare CM 12yy and CM 13yy for this phone with CM 12yy and CM13yy on a phone that works.

In MOC mode, set the logging feature, then listup CM 12 and CM 13 on the two phones. Print and compare.

Hope that helps.

Also check to be sure her Conference key is really a Conference key.
