I'm a cisco guy that has been thrown in an office with an NEAX2000 IVS, and of course I am being asked to add/remove extensions and so forth.
I managed to do some name changes with the CAT but it wasnt the most enjoyable thing I have ever done. I hear that I can use this MATWorx 32 software for a warmer fuzzier NEC experience. But where o where can I find it?

It would be wise to have someone from your interconnect company come in and give you some training. The NEAX is a different sort of beast, and you'll want someone to let you know how far you can dig into it before you might run into trouble.
I have been a phone tech and I have worked on the NEAX, and if I were in your shoes I would still call someone in to give me the necessary training.

I use Win Commander for ftp connection. All OK!
Try Win Commander or any ftp manager.
Login & password are correct.
