Installed new ipk2.First nec we have installed. System has caller id on 3 lines. On incoming call display shows "ringing". When you pick up the phone display says "answered". The caller id list button show history.I want to see caller id on incoming and answered calls. Is their something in programming to enable caller id. Also want caller id to show on messages on
INMAIL voice mails.

I was able to make everything work after doing more research. There is a bug in the IPK2 for caller id on the second incoming call. NEC verified the bug and said Japan was working on a fix. Just a little follow up info.

Thanx for the post. I'm going to Australia this week to do a tech transfer on the IPK2. I suspect that there will be several bugs in release 1 as it seems more of an Aspire software to IPK hardward shakedown. Release 2 will hopefully sort out the problems.
