Our client ran out of digital ports on their system so we installed a new digital board.
We assigned the new extension to the phone, but now the new user cannot get into VM. When he presses the VM buttong it takes him into the main VM instead of his own person VM.
Do you have to setup this ext. to VM?

Have to have a corresponding mailbox built for the prompt, otherwise youu go to the main greeting.
