Our client ran out of digital ports on their system so we installed a new digital board.
We assigned the new extension to the phone, but now the new user cannot get into VM. When he presses the VM buttong it takes him into the main VM instead of his own person VM.
Do you have to setup this ext. to VM?

Did you assign a voice mail box to this extension? If not you need to.

log into the vm using a login that has manager status. then press the more softkey, then mgr, then chbox, & follow the prompts from there
