It's in the manual or the supplement for connecting to the Aspire that comes to a qualified dealer with every system.

Why not goto your dealer? No one is going to give you passwords on an open tech forum.

"can i complaint to NEC? cause dealer never want to give."

Can you? I mean why not ask your dealer first THEN complain to NEC. No one is going to give you passwords in an open forum.

We give install and tech manuals to our customers, we are not required to do so, and nor should we. WE also change the passwords as we offer the first year of warranty. If the customer signs a sheet we then give them their passwords and are no longer responsible for them messing up their equipment. Please note the system DOES keep track of changes made in a log so determining fault is really easy.

thanks. very apprecaited that.
i very clear what i am doing.
nobody want destory his own machine, include me.
I am technical backgroud, I know what i am doing.

buying anything will still go back to my dealer, offcourse.

even i give my dealer so many business, everything regarding telephone will go to him.

just we need call center software to integrate to our pabx.

You miss the point. You apparently aren't certified on the NEC Aspire. Otherwise you would know all this. No one on an open forum should email or post what the default password is. It's a matter of security for phones systems everywhere. Having a "technical" background you should know this. The only people that will TRUELY know your password is the company that installed your system and it's between you and them to get this resolved.
