Hi All,
Hoping for a little help. My customer's VMS mail is not tranfering to the mailbox when 7 is entered. Go back to main greeting. Any ideas?

Which phone system? Which version of VM?

Is this an elite? Does the mailbox number match the extension number? Is it in-skin Elitemail, or something out of skin like a Lingo?

Have the same issue. When an ext is on the phone or station you are trying to contact is on DND. If an outside caller comes in through the auto-attendant it returns the to AA. If inside, it acts as of you are accessing your voicemail instead of the ext you are attempting.

what is 7 programmed to do inside the vm? you'll need cosessions in order to view the setting
