Anyone know which command need to program if i want to turn on the OAI?

There are several commands... If you have access to a command manual, look at the D commands.

OAI needs to be licensed before it will work.
Check cm f89 01 ~ 09 to see if oai is listed .
If it is not , it needs to be unlocked before it will work .
If it is listed , then you can set the IP address in cm 0B
OAi function keys are assigned in cm d70
