I had my phone support co set up SMDR. They reluctantly did so, b/c they did not understand all of the options.
I have experience with SMDR on other systems and have written a piece of software to log calls to a database.. reading the raw serial data though, the phone system is only outputting calls that are over ~ 30 seconds in length.
This is on an Electra Elite IPK.
Is there a way I can change this option? I do not have the SAT software .. and really, I'd rather not call my equipment company, as they've already told me they have very little SMDR experience.

Check MB 1-5-25(Valid Call TIme Assignment) & maybe MB 1-1-05(Start Time Selection). Hope this helps.
