When a caller calls a station that had DND on it the person calling will hear reorder tone. The telephone has been programmed for call forward busy and no answer to voice mail box. Call forwarding seems to work fine on a busy or no answer, it is just when they put the DND on that the caller does not get through to the individuals voice mail box. This happens when you just dial the extensions 4 digit intercom or if you go outside the switch and call in it does the same thing. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Set cm 5110 for the tenant to the voicemail pilot number - then anyone that rings an ext that has a dnd on it will go to their mail box
