I have two extensions that when called the red line blinks but the phone does not ring. The calls can be internal or external. I tried to turn the ringer up when calling the extension but the up arrow would only turn up the LCD.
Any ideas?

type of system?
if it is an elite series system (48,64,192,ipk) then program 4-01 is day ringing & 4-02 is night ringing

Try clearing Do Not Disturb. Speaker # 8 Speaker.
