I have a customer with a AD-8 (less then a year old) losing calls. Tenants will leave a message at night to remind themselves of something to do in the morning but when they come in they have no new messages.Old messages will be kept 30 days in programming. I have turned on logging per another tech but not really sure what I'm looking for in the reports. Any clues? Thanks, Don
